Business Architect – West London - £550 - £625pd
JNC are working with a leading institution that are looking for a Business Architect to lead the development of their Target Operating Model, as well as continuous improvement and customer experience initiatives.
You will assess key business problems and identify the improvements needed in order to outline how the business will operate in the future.
You will work closely with key stakeholder, professional services and IT in order to support the design of the new Target Operating Model.
Only candidates with experience of implementing operational (TOM) improvements, services and processes in the public or private sector will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Construct Business level artefacts that will support the definition of the TOM.
- Analyse the organisations current operating model and business problems.
- Liaise with stakeholders, understand their needs and create requirements in order to deliver change.
- Create User Journeys to illustrate how the Target Operating Model addresses their needs.
- Use Business Analysis, Business Process Reengineering and lean techniques to improve customer experience.
- Analyse any issues that might hinder the adoption of change initiatives.
- Establish Service design principles and approaches.
- Define scope of change while identifying and prioritising new requirements or change requests.
- Continue the Operating Model design process in order to identify operating model options.
Experience required.
- Must have experience designing business and operating models in large organisations.
- Must have experience of implementing operational improvements, services and processes in the public or private sector will be considered for this role.
- Must have extensive experience covering business analysis, organisation design and technology solution development.
- Must be strategic in your thinking with ability to problem solve and be innovative with solutions.
