Business System Support Analyst - £38-£45,000 per annum – Warwickshire/Hybrid
We are working with an established National client in their search for a Business System Support Analyst to undertake support activities at 2nd and 3rd line level, with VIP support included.
The role is hybrid in Warwickshire, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 remote.
Key skills:
- 2nd/3rd Line technical support, both face to face and remote
- VIP user support, both face to face and remote
- Active Directory administration
- MECM and Intune for deployment, configuration and support across desktop, laptop and mobile devices
- Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Teams, Exchange, O365 etc)
- AV (Audio Visual) set up and support
- Windows Operating System support and configuration
- Support for connected peripherals such as printers and scanners
- Exposure to ITIL would be a benefit
