Desktop Support Analyst – £35,000 - £40,000 - London
We are currently working with a respected professional services organisation with operations across the UK, that is actively recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst for their London office.
This is a brand-new role for the company and will primarily focus on providing deskside support to the London userbase, whilst also providing remote support to users in other offices.
The role is based in central London with five days per week on-site.
Key skills and experience required:
- Extensive second line/desktop support experience
- Experience in ITIL environments
- Comfortable supporting Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, O365, Teams and Active Directory
- Hardware support (laptops, printers, phones)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable providing support to VIP users
