Oracle HCM Consultant – Hybrid - £70-£80,000 per annum
A highly regarded and widespread specialist cloud consultancy is looking for an Oracle Cloud experienced consultant to work on a Human Capital Management system, notably on recruitment focused modules and particularly Goal and Performance Management.
The role is hybrid, with very occasional travel to the Manchester office and would also require the post holder to be able to gain SC Clearance if you do not already have clearance.
Key understanding for the role includes modules such as:
- Core HR and Talent
- Specifically, Performance and Goal Management (part of Talent)
- HCM Experience Design Studio, Page Composer and Flex Fields
Other areas that would be a benefit include:

- Recruiting Cloud
- Cloud Learning
The responsibilities around these modules are varied and you’d be seen as the SME for any projects therein, these would include but not be limited to:
- Project planning and leadership
- Stakeholder management
- Workshops, meetings and broader communications
- Documentation and deliverables
- Resource allocation
- Risk Management
