IT Service & Resilience Manager
Up to £50,000 per annum
Surrey - Hybrid
Our client, an established name in the financial services sector, is actively recruiting for an IT Service and Resilience Manager.
This position will split your time between supporting and developing their IT Service Operations through ITIL processes and functions. The rest of your time will be spent on their Business Continuity and Disaster recovery efforts.
Hybrid working will include one day per week in the office with the understanding that this will increase/decrease with the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Business Continuity Management System
- Lead the Resilience Committee
- Act as an ITIL and Resilience SME – Problem/Change/Incident Management
- Ensure ISO22301 standards & legal and regulatory requirements annually
- Test, Analyse & Report on Cyber Response, Disaster Recovery and Resilience strategies
- RTO’s & PRO’s
- RFP’s & RFI’s
- Maintain Risk Registers
- Support, improve and deliver on Audits, Monitoring, Alerting & ITSM tooling
- 24/7 Major Incident Management cover – Rota basis
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ Years experience in IT Service Resilience, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
- Experienced in financial, FCA or heavily regulated environments
- ITIL SME
- Major Incident Management
- Project Management & Prince2 principles
- Microsoft, Windows, and Cloud environments
- Reporting – Power BI
- ITSM Tooling (Sunrise preferred)
- MBCI & ITIL Certified
