IT Service Desk Administrator – Brighton - £23-£25,000 per annum
We are working with an established Financial Services group based in Brighton as they search for an IT Service Desk Administrator with commercial experience in a Windows based technical environment.
This is a great role for someone with 6-18 months experience already to work in a professional, regulated environment during a period of growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- End user support by telephone, face to face or email via the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot issues affecting IT services and infrastructure including desktop, laptop, mobile devices, telephony, and printing technology.
- Identify continual service improvements to ensure a best class service
Key technical experience includes:
- Windows 10 OS
- Active Directory
- SCCM/Intune
- Office 365
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with a ticketing system in an IT Support setting
The role operates on a shift rota to cover operating times for the business and is available on a flexible hybrid approach.
