IT Service Desk Analyst - Legal Sector - London/Hybrid - £30,000 p/a
Working with a forward-thinking international Law Firm has many benefits and challenges for a talented Service Desk Analyst to enjoy. A professional, well-structured environment with a plethora of tech to use and a whole range of people to work with, all while knowing your contribution is having a significant impact.
You’ll need to have some previous experience in a structured, professional services IT Support team, preferably one that already supports a 24/7 multi-site environment, and the role is available on a hybrid basis (50%) so being able to get to the office for onsite work one week in two is as important as having a suitable space at home.
The range of tools and applications they use include:
- Office 365, Teams, Zoom, Windows 10
- Exchange, Active Directory and Group Policy
- Audio/Video conference tools
- ServiceNow
- ITIL Methodology
- Bespoke apps such as iManage, Bighand, Intap etc.
- Much more on top
The Service Desk Team supports the offices on a rota system covering 8am to 6pm, with an on-call system covering 4pm to Midnight 1 week in 7 – this comes with an additional £350 for being on-call and also an extra £30 for every call out at the weekend. On-Call is remote.
This is a great opportunity complete with a good benefits package for a Service Desk Analyst that likes to get stuck in, meet people and see the impact their work has on the business.
