IT Service Desk Analyst – Surrey – Onsite - £27,000
Service Desks can be an exciting place to work for many reasons, one of which is when the ability to gain the skills and experience to move into other teams is available, another when the range of tools and apps isn’t prohibitively restricted. This is both, all within a large corporate structure.
With some previous 1st Line Support experience (and some 2nd line exposure) in a medium to large sized organisation, this could be a good opportunity for committed IT Support professionals. Moreover, the potential to gain SC Clearance in the future can be significant in generating new opportunities.
You’ll need hands-on experience with things like:
- Active Directory, MDM (Mobile Device Management) for Android
- Exchange, Windows 10, O365
- PC/Laptop Imaging
- ITIL and ITSM
- Managing your ticket priorities in line with KPIs
