IT Service Desk Analyst - London - £200pd (Umbrella rate)
We are actively recruiting for a 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst to work on a contract basis supporting one of our clients customer accounts in central London. This position will be based full time in their office near Tottenham Court Road. Shifts are Monday to Friday: 12pm - 8pm.
They are looking for an experienced and personable 1st Line helpdesk analyst who is comfortable supporting users of all levels within the business (up to VIPs and C-suite).
Duties:
- Provide punctual and personable support remotely and deskside
- Windows operating systems support and maintenance
- Assist with systems and application accounts
- Liaise and work with internal and external IT teams and users up to C-suite
- Build, install, configure and decommission PC's, Laptops, Monitors, Printers & Mobile devices
Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience within a similar role
- Experience and understanding of the MS Office Suite, Active Directory, TeamViewer (or similar), Exchange / Office 365, Antivirus software etc
- Experience using a Ticketing system / working to SLAs will be advantageous
- Great communication skills (in person and via telephone) – excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Personable, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and users within the business.
