IT Support Engineer – Worthing - £24-£28,000 per annum
JNC is pleased to be working with a respected UK wide IT Support group in their search for an IT Support Engineer to work with clients based in Worthing, West Sussex.
This role’s responsibilities include:
- Resolve IT Support issues ad-hoc and logged via a Helpdesk System
- Installation, moving and hardware/software repairs and networking
- Provide effective communication between clients and the business
- Respond to a wide range of support requests for desktop, laptop, mobile devices, other hardware and network issues
Technical experience required:
- Solid Microsoft technology skills for O365, Teams, Outlook and other applications
- Solid understanding of Helpdesk processes and procedures
- Ability to mentor junior team members
- Active Directory administration
- Windows Server maintenance
- Hardware support for Desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, pa equipment, AV lecterns and hardware Basic network and connectivity troubleshooting
This is a great role based on a client site that will allow you to utilise existing IT Support experience, use your own initiative, mentor juniors, improve professional communication skills and develop technical experience.
