Junior IT Support Analyst – London – Hybrid - £23,000 - £26,000pa
JNC are working closely with a well-known professional services organisation that is looking to expand its Service Desk team and bring on a Junior Service Desk Analyst.
In this role you will be the first point of contact resolution for the organisations growing user base.
Our client is ideally looking for someone with 6 months + experience experience within a corporate service desk.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Service Desk Support via telephone, email and face to face.
- Make sure that escalation processes are followed and that tickets are resolved efficiently.
- Follow Service Desk Processes and Procedures in relation to ticket management, call logging and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of IT and help the organisation implement its IT Strategy.
Experience & Capabilities:
- Comfortable providing 1st class remote and face to face support to users.
- 6 months + experience providing 1st line support
- Good understanding of Windows OS and general hardware support
- Good understanding of Office365 and Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook etc)
- Good Understanding of mobile technology and device management.
- Any experience working with remote access systems would be a bonus.
- Experience working with a IT Service Management Tools would be a bonus.
