Junior IT Support Engineer - £25,000 – £30,000pa – Guildford
JNC are working with a leading professional services client in Guildford that are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join their ServiceDesk.
This role would suite someone with 6 - 12 months of experience providing remote and face to face support a professional userbase.
Experience:
- 6- 24 months experience in IT Support.
- Familiar with call logging software.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 Applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot issues with PC, Laptops and Mobile devices.
- Troubleshooting Windows OS (Ideally 10 – 11)
