Payroll Specialist
You’ll be working closely managing payroll for multiple clients, so any Bureau experience would be beneficial. You’ll be comfortable in a client-facing role and have excellent communication skills, helping to resolve customer issues.
You'll have a proven track record in processing large payrolls (preferably using Oracle Cloud Payroll) and must be able to do manual calculations just in case any re-calculations are required.
You'll get the flexibility of hybrid working, with a requirement to work 2 days per week in the Manchester office (one of which must be a Thursday).
The company will also provide support for the advancement of CIPP qualifications (fees / study / exam time).
Please note: Due to the nature of the company’s client base, applicants MUST have eligibility for Government Security Clearance (at SC Level) and MUST have no adverse Credit History (be able to pass relevant background checks).
What you'll do
- Have day to day responsibility for payroll management.
- Ensure work is in line with payroll processes.
- Resolve, support and advise on Payroll queries.
- Provide scheduled payroll reports.
- Regular updates of payroll documentation.
What you'll need
- Over 2 years’ experience in a payroll administration role.
- Ideally have experience with Oracle HR and Payroll or similar
- Some level of CIPP qualifications preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with large payroll requirements.

Interview process
