Project Manager – HCM System
London – Hybrid working
12 Month FTC - Up to £80,000 per annum
We are working with a prestigious UK and international law firm who are actively looking to hire a Project Manager who is experienced in implementing HCM Systems. They are undergoing a period of digital transformation which includes migrating into the cloud and developing their systems and processes, including their HR functions. To be successful in this role you will need a strong background in successfully delivering HCM, HRIS, HRMS and HR systems.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position which will include hybrid working 3 days a week in the office near Liverpool Street, London.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Successfully deliver the HCM Systems projects within cost, timescale, and resource budgets
- Identify and realise benefits
- Identify, manage & mitigate risks
- Identify and manage Change & Change control procedures
- Maintain project plans
- Regularly liaise with senior Stakeholders & Partners
- Win support through relevant stakeholder & staff communication, engagement & training
- Produce accurate, targeted and relevant project reports
- The preparation and control of budgets, tenders, and related commercial and legal negotiations.
- 3rd Party supplier management
- Work with cyber security team to ensure standards and best practices are met
- Ensure support processes and documentation are produced and handed over
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ Years project delivery of HCM systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Delivery of projects in Azure cloud environments
- Delivery of complex Change
- Agile & SCRUM delivery
- Requests for proposals (RFPs)
- PM from Tender & Bid to Delivery & BAU
- Strong Risk & Issue management
- Managing teams in a matrix-environment
- Liaising with and influencing up to C-suite & Partners
- Communicating effectively with technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Microsoft Office applications & Microsoft Project (or similar)
- Project Management & Change Management qualifications
