Service Desk Analyst – Uxbridge – 6 month contract - Hybrid Working – £190 - £200 per day - Umbrella Rate
JNC are working with a well respected institution in Uxbridge that has an excellent reputation and the need for a Service Desk Analyst to join the team on a contract basis.
The current team is made up of 4 service desk engineers who provide a single point of contact for all the organisations IT-related enquires.
Hybrid Working – 3 days working in the office with 2 days from home. Office based initially to get up to speed.
Responsibilities:
- Support broad user base with any issues in relation to IT Services and Systems. Via phone, email and face to face.
- Apply ITIL principles throughout service and incident management.
- Monitor service management tool in order to ensure all incidents are resolved within agreed timescales. Follow best practises.
Technical Experience:
- Experience supporting Windows 10 & 11
- Experience supporting Mac OS and Apple products
- Experience supporting IPT telephony
- Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
- Experience with Antivirus and Security Software
- Experience supporting user with remote access
- Experience setting up and supporting virtual environments.
- Understanding of DNS and how to support issues
