Service Desk Analyst – Colchester – Onsite - £200pd - £280pd
Duration: 3 months rolling.
IR35: Inside
Monday – Friday and onsite 5 days a week. Possible occasional Saturdays.
JNC are working with a client in Colchester that are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join the organisation on a contract basis.
This is an urgent requirement and requires someone who is immediately availability or at most has a 1 week notice.
This role will be providing remote support to the clients core user base.
Experience:
- Extensive experience providing remote support to various users.
- Experience supporting Windows OS
- Experience supporting O365
- Experience supporting Active Directory
- Experience supporting Hardware and mobile devices.
- Basic networking principles knowledge.
