Monday – Friday and onsite 5 days a week. Possible occasional Saturdays. 

JNC are working with a client in Colchester that are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join the organisation on a contract basis. 

This is an urgent requirement and requires someone who is immediately availability or at most has a 1 week notice. 

This role will be providing remote support to the clients core user base. 

Experience:  

• Extensive experience providing remote support to various users. 
• Experience supporting Windows OS
• Experience supporting O365
• Experience supporting Active Directory
• Experience supporting Hardware and mobile devices. 
• Basic networking principles knowledge.
