Hybrid Working: 2-3 days a week in the office

JNC are working closely with a growing professional services client in Central London that is looking to bring on a Data Governance Manager on a permanent basis.

This is a first hire into this type of position for the firm and will give the post holder the exciting opportunity to create something new.

Only candidates with experience working in a professional services will be considered for this role.

Experience Required:

• Strong Data Governance & Master Data Management experience.
• Experience creating and defining data management and governance frameworks.
• Experience with Law Firm systems and applications.
• Experience leading and supporting change as well sa gathering requirements and creating business cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of data models and data reporting technologies. (SQL & PowerBI)

Responsibilities:

• Define sand create a data management and governance strategy.
• Create relevant documentation that aligns the firms business and strategy.
• Assess Compliance requirements.
• Act as the SME for the firm for governance and data management.
• Gain a deep understanding of how data is captured and used across the firm.
• Work closely with senior partners and operational teams to identify areas for improvement.
